This machine tool is mainly used to grind the horizontal plane of the workpiece around the grinding wheel, and it can also grind the vertical side of the workpiece flange with the side of the grinding wheel. It can process the parts made of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. During grinding, the workpiece can be directly fixed on the worktable or firmly absorbed on the electromagnetic chuck or clamped by other fixtures for grinding. It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for various machining factories , measuring tool factory, automobile, mold and other industries parts grinding.

■ The table guide rail and the vertical guide rail of the carriage are pasted with Teflon guide rail soft belt, which has good wear resistance and high feed sensitivity.

■ The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by vane pump, which makes the movement stable and the noise low. The oil pool is equipped with cooling device, with low temperature rise and small thermal deformation.

■ The grinding spindle is supported by four front and two back bearings, and the bearings are high precision angular contact ball bearings. The spindle has high rotation accuracy and good grinding rigidity. The main shaft is driven by motor through elastic coupling.

■ The cross feed movement of grinding head is driven by ball screw and variable frequency speed regulating motor. The feed is sensitive and can also be manually operated. The vertical feed mechanism of grinding head is driven by worm gear reducer + ball screw + AC motor, which can rise and fall rapidly. The feed movement is realized by turning the scale handwheel during grinding.
