Sun Yimin, chairman of Zhejiang Hangji, was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech on "Development and Application of High-end CNC Machine Tools".

Chairman Sun Yimin elaborated the development status of high-end CNC machine tools at home and abroad with detailed data, deeply analyzed the domestic high-end CNC machine tool industry chain and cluster as well as the application fields of domestic high-end CNC machine tools, and emphatically introduced the development of high-end CNC machine tools industry in Zhejiang Province and the typical application cases of Hangzhou machine tool products.

Chairman Sun Yimin pointed out: high grade CNC machine tools refer to the digital CNC machine tool system with high speed, precision, intelligence, composite, multi axis linkage, network communication and other functions. As the representative of advanced machine tools and equipment in the world, the development of high-end CNC machine tools symbolizes that the current machine tool manufacturing industry occupies the advanced stage of the development of the world machine tool industry. Therefore, the international five axis linkage CNC machine tool and other high-end machine tool technology is regarded as an important symbol of national industrialization. The CNC machine tool industry chain of Zhejiang Province is relatively perfect, with obvious regional advantages. It is developing in the direction of "specialization" and relatively strong profitability. The CNC machine tool industry of Zhejiang Province is dominated by private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises, and has dozens of advantageous brands in important product segments.

In recent years, Zhejiang Hangji has provided key processing equipment and technical support for China's aerospace, national defense and military industry, auto parts, precision molds, 3C electronics and other high-end equipment manufacturing fields: large aspheric optical element grinding and polishing machine, large aspheric ultra precision milling and grinding equipment, the secondary development and application of mgkf series products in Aeroengine casing processing, the application of MKL7140/7150/7160 three-axis CNC, five axis CNC powerful forming grinder in aeroengine blade processing, and based on MGKF vertical high-precision vertical compound grinder, Hangzhou Machinery Co., Ltd. as the declaration unit, Zhejiang University and users as the participating units, listed in the first batch of ultra precision equipment R & D and application projects by Zhejiang Science and Technology Department in 2020, aiming to solve the high-precision and efficient processing of key parts in aerospace, high-precision digital machine tool functional components and energy equipment to improve the "neck sticking" problem in these high-end processing fields and realize independent, safe and controllable.

Chairman Sun Yimin stressed: at present, our country is in the great international situation that has not yet been encountered for a hundred years.
