At the beginning of COVID-19, Hangji Party committee, board of directors, business team set up the "COVID-19 prevention and control leading group", and strongly organized epidemic prevention and control. At 7:00 a.m., the party flag outside the gate of Hangji was flying. The Party member service team, composed of the Secretary of the administrative quality control branch, the heavy assembly branch, and the party members, wore red waistcoats, masks, gloves and other protective equipment for the Party member volunteers and  carried out "Hangzhou health code" inspection, information registration, body temperature measurement, disinfection and epidemic prevention, wearing and changing masks for the first batch of 74 employees who returned to work. At 7:40, the first batch of employees returned to work entered the factory through testing, and nervously put into the production and assembly of national major special products and products urgently needed in the market. Since the resumption of work for one week, twice temperature tests everyday, more than twice centralized disinfections, wearing masks, scattered meals and separate meals have been carried out. The workshop is full of machine noise, management personnel made flexible scheduling, machinery workers did intense work piece processing and assembly fitters were serious in assembling machine tools. In the plant area, the staff of all workshops and departments are closely united, regardless of gains and losses.
