HZ-079 machine tool adopts the movable layout of grinding head, which is composed of bed, worktable, column, carriage, grinding head and wheel dresser. The worktable moves back and forth on the bed, the grinding head moves horizontally on the carriage, and the carriage and the grinding head move vertically on the column. A hydraulic profiling wheel dresser is installed on the worktable of the machine tool.

The machine tool is mainly used to grind the lower guide rail profile of the large drag plate and the lower mounting surface of the main shaft box after forming and finishing the periphery of two grinding wheels. The workpiece is clamped with special clamps.

The maximum width of the grinding wheel of the machine tool can reach 500mm, and the spacing of several grinding wheels can be adjusted according to the width of the surface. The grinding wheel can grind all the surfaces at one time through shaping and dressing, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, high grinding quality and convenient operation.
