HZ-090CNC series machine tool is a special grinding machine for NC linear guide rail. It is designed and manufactured for the precision grinding of ordinary linear guide rail and roller linear guide rail products. The linear guide rail is grinded by multi grinding head combination and multi-directional cutting form grinding method, which can grind 15-65mm precision linear guide rail.

■ The machine adopts gantry structure layout, which is composed of double columns, beams and bed to form a closed rigid frame structure;

■ The bed table adopts "Double V" type guide rail, the guide rail of the table is plastic bonded guide rail, the bed guide rail is lubricated with large amount of oil, and the lubricating oil tank is equipped with temperature control device;

■ Each grinding head adopts high precision diagonal contact bearing and sleeve structure;

■ The crossbeam is fixed without lifting, and the two vertical grinding heads of the machine tool are installed in the front side of the crossbeam; the horizontal grinding head is located in the front side of the vertical grinding head;

■ The same diamond roller dresser is used to trim the two vertical grinding heads in turn, which can ensure the consistency of the two side raceways;

■ The machine has the functions of automatic cleaning of table, automatic straightening of workpiece and auxiliary wheel changing;

■ The control system of the machine tool: Siemens 828D, equipped with Heidenhain grating, realizes full closed-loop control, adopts graphical operation interface, and can realize high-efficiency and high-precision grinding of three sides of the guide rail by one key start.

▌Linear motion axis of machine tool and its functions:

■ Y1 axis left vertical grinding head transverse feed;

■ Y2 axis right vertical grinding head transverse feed; 

■ W-axis Vertical feed of horizontal grinding head;

■ V-axis horizontal grinding head cross feed;

■ Z-axis vertical grinding head dressing diamond roller vertical feed;

■ X-direction table reciprocating feed;

■ SP Three spindles moving at constant linear speed

The above Y1, Y2, W and Z axes are AC servo full closed-loop CNC axes, and the X direction is hydraulic drive with magnetic grid to realize full closed-loop control.
