Product Introduction

Vertical axis CNC double face grinding machine is a kind of efficient surface processing grinder, which can process two parallel surfaces of workpiece at one time. According to the shape and specification of the workpiece, it can be equipped with the corresponding automatic loading and unloading mechanism, which has a high degree of automation and is suitable for batch processing of parts.

According to the different feeding methods, this series of machine tools can be divided into disc feeding, through feeding and double position swing plate feeding. With the same feeding mode, different workpiece special fixtures can be replaced, and different specifications of parts can be processed with high flexibility. It is mainly applied to the processing of bearing ring, connecting rod, compressor sliding plate, clutch friction plate, mower blade and other parts.

Product Features

■ The main large parts of the machine tool are made of high-quality castings, which are aged for two times. It has good anti-seismic and shock absorption characteristics and high stability.

■ The feed form of the machine tool is movable grinding head. The moving guide unit of grinding head adopts high precision rolling linear guide pair, which has good guide precision, high rigidity and maintenance free.

■ The moving feed unit of grinding head adopts high-precision ball screw pair. The pitch error compensation and reverse clearance compensation of ball screw can be realized through CNC system, so the feed unit has high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.

■ High precision double row cylindrical roller bearing and angular contact ball bearing are used for spindle support, which has high rotation precision and can bear combined radial and axial load.

■ The machine has the function of automatic grinding wheel dressing, which can dress both ends of the upper and lower grinding wheels at the same time. By adjusting the speed of the swing arm or the speed of the grinding wheel, the roughing and finishing of the grinding wheel can be realized. In addition, through grinding counting, it can automatically prompt dressing wheel and grinding automatic compensation.

■ The air conditioner of the electric cabinet of machine tool is charged to avoid the influence of heating temperature rise of electrical system on the system. The electrical cabinet adopts the slot board wiring structure. The components are arranged and wired reasonably, neatly and aesthetically, and are easy to maintain. The cabinet is equipped with a complete set of internal lighting, commissioning socket and other related ancillary facilities. The machine is equipped with safety warning light.

■ The cooling mode of the machine tool is water cooling in the center of the spindle, cooling the grinding area and spindle components in time, effectively controlling the thermal deformation of the spindle and workpiece grinding, and fully ensuring the grinding accuracy of the workpiece.

■ Fixture and feeding guide mechanism can be designed according to the size, precision and shape of workpiece, and the machining flexibility is high.

■ The upper and lower grinding heads can adjust the angles in the horizontal and vertical planes according to the grinding accuracy requirements and grinding allowance of the workpiece, so as to realize the rough grinding, fine grinding and smooth grinding of the workpiece and fully ensure the grinding accuracy of the workpiece.

■ The spindle rotation adopts synchronous belt transmission mode, and is equipped with frequency converter, which has high transmission stability and low noise. The speed of grinding wheel can be adjusted by frequency converter to optimize grinding process.
