HZ-KD series CNC gantry type guide rail grinder includes HZ-KD2010A HZ-KD3015 HZ-KD3020 HZ-KD4015 HZ-KD4020 HZ-KD4025 HZ-KD5010 HZ-KD5015 HZ-KD5020 HZ-KD6015HZ-KD6520 HZ-KD10020 HZ-KD12025 HZ-KD14025. It is a guide rail grinding machine developed for machine tool industry, which is suitable for grinding machine tool guide rails such as bed, worktable, column, beam and carriage. This series of products have formed the grinding width of 1000mm-2500mm, grinding length of 2000mm-14000mm, grinding height of 600mm-1000mm series.

■ The gantry layout is adopted, and the closed frame structure is composed of bed, double columns and beams. The bed and worktable adopt double V-type self-aligning guide pair (HZ-K2010A adopts flat-V-type Guide), and the worktable guide is stick plastic guide.

■ There are two carriage on the crossbeam, which are respectively equipped with peripheral grinding head and universal grinding head. The double grinding head moves up and down vertically along the guide rail of the carriage, and the carriage moves horizontally along the guide rail of the crossbeam. Both peripheral grinding head and universal grinding head are equipped with wheel dresser.

■ The vertical movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic pressure, which can be stepless speed regulation, smooth movement, and oil temperature control device.

■ The vertical feed, transverse feed and grinding wheel dressing feed of peripheral grinding head are all driven by AC servo system, and each feed axis can perform both rapid feed and intermittent feed.

■ It can realize both automatic grinding cycle controlled by program and manual grinding cycle controlled by electric hand wheel.

■ With modular design, the worktable can be increased by one meter. According to the special requirements of users, the following functions can be added: spindle motor frequency control, concave convex grinding, CNC shaft full closed-loop control, grinding wheel online dynamic balance, etc.
