HZ-K series CNC gantry surface grinder is a surface grinder developed for processing large workpieces. It mainly uses the grinding wheel to grind the horizontal plane of workpieces. It is suitable for large precision grinding tools, automobile manufacturing, military industry, plastic machinery, textile machinery, printing machinery, packaging machinery, power machinery and other industries. When grinding, workpieces can be directly fixed on the table, electromagnetic sucker or fixed Fixed on the fixture processing. ■The gantry layout is adopted, and the closed frame structure is composed of bed, double columns and beams. The bed and worktable adopt double V-type self-aligning guide pair (HZ-K2010A adopts flat-v-type Guide), and the worktable guide is stick plastic guide.

■ The grinding head moves up and down vertically along the guide rail of the carriage; the carriage moves horizontally along the guide rail of the beam; the longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic pressure, which can adjust the speed steplessly and move smoothly with oil temperature control device.

■ The vertical feed and transverse feed of the grinding head are driven by AC servo system, and each feed axis can perform both rapid feed and intermittent feed.

■ It can not only realize automatic grinding cycle controlled by program, but also realize manual grinding of electronic handwheel.

■ With modular design, the worktable can be increased by one meter. According to the special requirements of customers, the following functions can be added: variable frequency speed regulation of spindle motor, full closed-loop control of CNC shaft, online dynamic balance of grinding wheel, etc.
