■ The machine tool is a movable grinding head machine tool, that is, the worktable only moves longitudinally on the guide rail of the bed, the grinding head moves laterally on the carriage, and the carriage and the grinding head move vertically on the column.
■ The guide rail pair of the worktable and the bed adopts the plastic sliding guide rail pair.
■ The vertical movement and transverse movement are driven by ball screw, the vertical movement has rapid rise and fall, and the feed is manual; the transverse movement is driven by plunger oil motor, and the transverse feed can be motorized or manual.
■ In the structure, there is a position for installing servo motor, which can adjust oil motor and AC motor into servo motor, and configure CNC system to become CNC machine tool.
