Ordinary Horizontal Axis Rectangular Table Surface Grinder with High Precision
This machine tool is mainly used to grind the horizontal plane of the workpiece around the grinding wheel, and it can also grind the vertical side of the workpiece flange with the side of the grinding wheel. It can process the parts made of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. During grinding, the workpiece can be directly fixed on the worktable or firmly absorbed on the electromagnetic chuck or clamped by other fixtures for grinding. It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for various machining factories , measuring tool factory, automobile, mold and other industries parts grinding.

■ The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by vane pump, which has the advantages of smooth operation, low noise and low temperature rise of oil pool.
■ The transverse feed mechanism of grinding head has hydraulic automatic feed and manual feed, which is easy to operate; the maximum transverse stroke can reach 630mm, which is more convenient for users.
■ The vertical movement of the grinding head has a fast lifting mechanism and can be fed manually.
■ The grinding head of the machine tool adopts sliding bearing, and the motor of the grinding head adopts 9kw power motor, which has high grinding efficiency and high surface finish, and is suitable for the grinding task of large-scale table.
